From All Around The World provide a variety of services, all linked to languages. Through this store we aim to provide a comprehensive language & resource service which meets your needs. We believe in high levels of service at all times and provide total customer satisfaction. Making A Purchase
Please browse our website. We have tried to set out our products by category of interest, hopefully this will assist your movement around the site.

* As you find products you wish to buy click the "Add to Cart" button.
* Select the quatity you wish to purchase & confirm, you are also able to go to the checkout if you wish.
* Note the green box at the right of the screen will update with the items purchased & their value
* Once you have finished shopping proceed to the checkout
* Follow the instructions presented, filling in your shipping address details
* Check our terms & conditions & click in the box before selecting next
* Leave the payment method as WorldPay before entering that site for payment processing
* Once you have filled in your Credit Card details your account will be debited (see WorldPay section below)

Please note : we no longer accept cheque payments or payments with invoice.

Downloadable items

These items are designed for use in the classroom or other such learning environment. They are generally in the form of adobe (.pdf) files. When purchasing these goods please follow the steps outlined above, making sure you select the language you want for each item.

Once your payment is received you will be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to download your product(s).

Payment is processed via PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account you can pay through that account by logging-in at the request. Otherwise PayPal can accept all of the major credit cards, simply select this option at the payment request. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo & American Express.

Shipping And Handling
All our domestic shipping is handled by either the Royal Mail or City Link. Overseas postage is via Royal Mail Airmail service. Our products are all carefully weighed and shipping cost is calculated according to this. We include a small handling fee.

Delivery Schedule
For items which are in stock we will deliver your order immediately. If your items are out of stock we will require additional time in which deliver your items. For orders where some items are out of stock we will not despatch your order until the items come into stock. If this situation arises we will inform you via e-mail.

We will normally despatch your order to you within 14 working days.

Back Orders
We make the greatest effort to ensure that all items display are in stock.

Unfortunately if your item is not in stock, we do not offer a back order service. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order or continue with the order minus the out of stock items & a refund of any charge incurred for these items.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security
Any communication between the shopper and PayPal is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provide the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Guarantee
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item-see our Returns Policy.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
